Just starting the 4th month of construction on the new football/track facility entrance and much progress has been made. The entrance building will include a ticket booth flanked by new restrooms on the North side and a concession stand on the South. Parking will be to the East with easy access to Highway 75.

Track replacement project and newly constructed long jump runway and pit was completed mid month and is ready for use.
July 2024
Teardown of the old bus barn marks the official start of the Football/Track Facility Entrance and Parking Lot Project. The old bus barn was believed to be the oldest building on campus and first served as an "Industrial Arts" classroom in the 1930's.
May / June 2024
The track resurfacing began on May 21st, shortly after graduation. The project includes a new long jump pit and runway in the East end zone area of the football field.
April 2024
The Bus Barn is almost finished. The facility has an anticipated completion date of April 1st.
February 2024
The Bus Barn structure is taking shape. The adjacent bus yard area is being prepped for concrete and asphalt installation.
January 2024
The new bus yard site is prepared. The concrete foundation for the new bus barn has been poured.
December 2023
Work is being done in preparation for the foundations of the new Bus Barn and Bus Parking. An unanticipated but exciting benefit of this part of the project is that the dirt being removed from this location is being used to improve drainage and usable space around the Ag Barns a short distance away.
November 2023
The beginning phases of construction have begun with new electrical poles. The poles were needed to supply power to the new Bus Barn and to reroute existing power lines and internet fiber allowing for the relocated shot and disc "green space".
